The reduction of costs, the promotion of the autochthonous biodiversity and the improvement of the quality of the customers’ stay do not necessarily have to be conflicting objectives. From topbiodiversity we understand that, on the contrary, they can be a circular impulse that helps us to increase the prestige of the campsite and an added attraction in order to attract new clients.

The seasonal nature of use of these facilities and the large surface area they occupy are two important variables that mark the proposals to be developed. These characteristics, however, offer a multitude of opportunities to establish and promote local fauna and flora, as well as to diversify and restructure the landscape.

These changes will bring added value in the form of pest control, landscape enhancement and biodiversity to the area. But not only in the field of biodiversity, they will also allow us to offer a range of activities within nature, as well as improving the wellbeing of clients and reducing maintenance costs.

Work we carry out:

  • Diversifying and restructuring the landscape to increase biodiversity, climate resilience and fire prevention.
  • Pest control, especially mosquitoes and moles, using local fauna.
  • Generation of shelter and breeding areas for different species. Installation of nesting boxes for birds and bats, as well as shelters for amphibians and reptiles.
  • Generate functionality as a biological corridor.
  • Visualisation of online maps.
  • Development of the SDG 2030 (Sustainable Development Goals 2030), especially SDG 15 and, in addition, SDG 3, 6, 11, 13 and 17.
